Dean Chen serves as Chairman of HAND Global Solutions. Mr. Chen joined HAND Computer Systems in 2000 after working for three years with SAP. He was previously the Sales and Marketing Director in China and has 30+ years of IT business experience in China and in the US. Mr. Chen started his career in the IT industry in 1986 working at Hewlett-Packard. Upon returning to China from the US, he joined Siemens’ Shanghai Branch office as Manager. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University in China and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Sugar Tang serves as Director of HAND Global Solutions Pte Ltd. Mr. Tang joined HAND Enterprise Solutions in 2001. He heads the Global Services Business Unit of HAND Enterprise Solutions and brings along 18 years of IT & Management Consulting experience in project management & implementation for Manufacturing/Retail/FSG industries. His expertise includes Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, IT Strategy and IT Master Plan. Mr. Tang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wales and a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.

James Chen serves as Executive Director of HAND Global Solutions Pte Ltd. Mr. Chen joined HAND Enterprise Solutions in 2001. Previously, he was Sales Manager of Datacraft, China and SI Manager for Siemens, Shanghai branch. Mr. Chen brings to HAND 20+ years of IT business experience in China, Japan and Asia-Pacific. Prior to working at the Singapore Subsidiary of HAND Enterprise Solutions, James served as Region General Manager in China for 5 years, as well as the Executive Director responsible for the setup and operation of the HAND Japan Subsidiary. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Computer Software degree from East China University of Science & Technology.

Collin Ng serves as Director of Consulting Service Hand Global Solutions Pte Ltd overseeing projects and implementation for ORACLE applications, SAP and Hybris Commerce. Previously, he worked as the General Manager of Panasonic Corporate IT Asia-Pacific. He has a proven track record with more than 20 years of experience managing and implementing projects for multinational companies and the regional & country HQ of Hi-Tech manufacturing, sales & distribution industries. Collin’s core expertise includes Global template design and roll-out, business process re-engineering, IT strategy, IT master plan, global IT operational management, project management and implementation.
